2 Remove the ball and feel your weight sink into the floor. Are your shoulders resting differently? Is your breathing different? Do you notice any other effects?

3 Get back on the ball, placing it off center, toward the tighter shoulder. It should be resting between your shoulder blade and spine. Let your body drape over the ball. Feel the weight of your arm and hand. Make the “S” sound.

4 Reach your arm that is closest to the ball toward the ceiling. Do not stiffen the elbow. Notice the relationship of your back to the ball. Have you pulled some of your weight from the ball? Have you stopped breathing? If you bend your elbow and slightly soften your wrist, you will feel the weight of your shoulder and upper back rest more comfortably on the ball. Then reach through your hand again, lengthening but not stiffening your arm. Feel the connection to your upper back muscles. Again, slightly bend your elbow, feel the ball absorb your weight, then reach through again. Repeat 3 times.

Travel is a real opportunity for Miracle Ball Method fans. There is usually lots of down time in which you can be using the ball or doing Whole Body Moves. Do your breathing.
